CANCELLATION POLICY
At BRONZD, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. Appointments canceled or rescheduled **24 hours or more** before the scheduled appointment time may be changed at no charge. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with **less than 24 hours' notice** will be charged **50% of the scheduled service**. Same-day cancellations** and **no-show appointments** will be charged **100% of the scheduled service**. Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete the service. Late arrivals may be treated as a same-day cancellation. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments and may be charged in accordance with this policy. Package sessions, memberships, and prepaid services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be deducted from the client's available sessions. Bridal appointments and group bookings require **48 hours' notice** to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking retainer or prepaid services. If BRONZD must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional charge. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
